Kai Wachi Goes Big On Latest EP [Review]

Kannibalen family member Kai Wachi has been absolutely demolishing in the past year. Receiving major support from Kannibalen’s own founders Black Tiger Sex Machine as he supports them on their headline tour, and working with names like Dabin, LUMBERJVCK and more, this rising talent has shown his ingenuity and his new EP $KULL TEAM debuts Kai Wachi’s lack of hesitance when bridging into new genres.

From banging tracks like “Damage” merging trap and dub elements into one abrasive sound that will have you breaking your neck, to his dark electro hit “RED,” which will have you in a daze of 90’s inspired strobes and warehouse flashbacks, no stone is left unturned in this new release. Joining forces with rising vocal talent Anna Yvette for his single “Need You,” Kai switches into a more melodic inspired style that blends bass ridden melodies with beautiful verses and Yvette’s own vocal capabilities, prepare for $KULL TEAM to blow you away. You can check out Kai Wachi’s latest EP below and don’t forget to keep up with this sensational talent as he paves new roads in the dance community.
