The Chainsmokers Have A Collaboration With Coldplay’s Chris Martin

The Fray’s Isaac Slade & Joe King Added To Credits Of The Chainsmokers’ “Closer”

Haha, you thought The Chainsmokers couldn’t get any bigger? Think again. For their latest collaboration teaser, they’ve shared a couple clips of themselves in the studio with none other than Coldplay’s Chris Martin.

It’s not clear whether it will be a Coldplay collaboration or just a feature with Chris Martin, but at this point, it doesn’t really matter. The fact that they’ve gotten big enough to have one of pop music’s premiere vocalists work on a track with them is evidence enough that they’re aiming for the absolute top. And it doesn’t stop there, the duo has also been sighted in the studio with Bono of U2, One Republic’s Anthony Tedder, Weezer, Linkin Park, and even Big Sean.

All of this plays into the narrative of a hit-filled debut album chock full of new music which is coming very soon; check out the release date and more info here.
