Deadmau5 took to his Instagram page this morning to reveal blueprints behind what is assumed to be a scaled down version of his iconic Cube 2.1 stage design.
Dubbed “cube lite” in the post’s description, the design shows select pieces of the main cube chopped and pasted together to form a smaller and more manageable set up. For venues unable to accommodate the rather large cube meant to be featured on all of Deadmau5’s “lots of shows in a row” tour, this new design might allow for an expanded tour schedule that stops at more intimate venues around the country, or maybe even overseas.
“‘cube lite’ which is the same cube 2.1 but lighter and no motors so we can tour MORE venues ;)”
