The 10 Best EDM Albums Of 2017 (So Far)

2017 is officially half way over. With six months behind us and six ahead, we look back and examine the albums that have come out.

Contrary to the 2014-2016 era, this year has seen a significant drop in the number of debut and return albums, as well as the objective number of total EDM albums released. Such a thing posed a bit of a challenge in paring down our list to the top 10 albums of the year so far, but these 10 – above all others – absolutely stood out from the pack.

Among the list are three that were released just this past month, with others going back as far as February. Take a look below at our top 10 albums of 2017 (so far).

Still to come this year are albums from Mura Masa, Oliver, Lunice, Dubloadz, Alon Mor, Steve Aoki and more.

In no particular order:

Bonobo – Migration

Camo & Krooked – Mosaik

Cashmere Cat – 9

Danger – Taiko

Deorro – Good Evening

The xx – I See You

Calvin Harris – Funk Wav Bounces, Vol 1

Pierce Fulton – Better Places

The M Machine – Glare

Dabin – Two Hearts
