If this instrumental EP from Whethan and Louis The Child came as a surprise to you this morning, join the club. The two artists are slated to go on tour together in European beginning February 14th, and they’ve been friends forever, so it seems like the right thing. Nevertheless, it still seemingly came out of nowhere to everyone’s delight.
The EP, Honey, which as we said before is entirely instrumental, shows off a different side to the creativity of both producers. While they’re both known for making more melodic and vocal-influenced music, the EP is far more heavily focused on general beats and vibes than any specific songwriting structure.
