A$AP Ferg – Plain Jane (Q&A Remix)

A$AP Ferg – Plain Jane (Q&A Remix)

I’m admittedly not a huge A$AP Ferg listener. But then again, I wasn’t a fan of a lot of artists until I heard remixes of their tracks, and the same will likely happen now with “Plain Jane” remixed by Q&A.

Overall, the track isn’t changed too much from the original, which will probably assist in my transition to full A$AP Ferg obsession down the line, but that’s beside the point. Q&A adds some much needed suspenseful bass and attitude to the mix, transforming the “chorus” or drop into a heavy and minimal trap banger. There’s so much open space I feel like I could drive a charter bus through it.

Ferg’s flow is pretty much uninterrupted in the main verses aside from some added percussion and melodic elements that serve to beef it up a bit.

If I heard this dropped at a show, there’s no doubt I’d be mobbing along with it. Check it out below.
