With all the remixes out there for “Aerosol Can,” whether they are for the competition or not, it’s hard to pick a favorite. Not for me though, because The Kingdumb provided a gnarly remix that plays right into my wheelhouse. Even on any sort of objective level, this song kicks ass in a major way. Their gritty moombahcore instrumental is the prominent backdrop for Pharrell’s rhyme schemes that are spit throughout, with the choruses offering more room for the splendid beat work to shine. Because when it comes down to it, the instrumental is the main star of this musical expression. I haven’t heard moombah this good in a long time and I must say, it’s nice to get your mind blown again.
