I have been waiting to share this tune with you guys since it’s stream became available last week. The reason for my wait was for the purchase link to come out, because I know damn well there are a bunch of you out there who would love to get your hands on this Fitz and The Tantrums remix. As a part of The Walker Remix EP, Mack and Jet Set Vega turned the single into one of my favorite house tracks of the year, seriously. Although it comes off as light-hearted, this single packs so much vitality; with the vocals upon such an energetic instrumental the mood is ripe for anthem. After the drop, it gets even better with a liberating melody forcing your body to gyrate. It is the definition of a dance record. Even better that it is a remix, because it’s not all the time you get graced with an interpretation this awesome. I can only imagine how stoked Fitz and The Tantrums were when they heard this was backing their original.
