A few days ago, Adventure Club released their newest remix for free download, and if you’re a fan of the sound that put the Canadian duo on the map in the first place, you don’t want to miss this one! The intro features Max Elto’s soulful vocals, which lull the listener into trance right before dropping into one of the most beautiful melodic dubstep ballads I’ve ever heard from the duo. Chopped vocals and swelling synths are expertly woven without the track, creating an almost dreamlike soundscape; you won’t be able to resist waving your arms back in forth in the air to this one, even if you’re the only person in the room. Whenever Adventure Club makes melodic dubstep it feels like all is right in the world.
It had been a long time since Leighton and Christian had put out a melodic dubstep track, October 22, 2013 to be exact with the release of “Gold” on Calling All Heroes, which led some of their more hardcore fans to believe that they had abandoned their original sound.
