Personally, I’m a huge fan of anthems like “Drop It Like It’s Hot” getting revamped for us modern youths. It can, however, be tremendously disappointing when a remix doesn’t do justice to the classic. Tim Gunter saves us from that disappointment and makes a solid cussing remix.
The original track already gets the ladies all hot and bothered, so you can imagine what a juiced up 100BPM version could do. While it isn’t an especially “innovative” or “inventive” piece of music, it’s a savage twerk mix with a great horns section. If you need more inspiration to drop it, then you should do some soul searching and revisit this later.
