In an attempt to sell tickets and promote artists that will be performing this year, TomorrowWorld uploaded their fifth installment of, “Artists Of Tomorrow” on Soundcloud some days ago. The point of the segment is rather elaborate and quite endearing. Each week features an act that will be at TomorrowWorld this year. This week is none other than Lane 8. His mix features 17 tracks with massive remixes of songs originally performed/ composed by the likes of Lana Del Ray, Kiesza, Eric Prydz and many others along with singles and remixes of his own that all tie in so beautifully to propose a similar all encompassing Deep House vibe.
I’m downloading his guest mix as we speak and quite frankly if the event weren’t across the country in Georgia and more west coast-ish, I would be inclined to buy tickets. Which is the point of the segment right? After not following Lane 8 religiously like other artists, this segment gives some insight as to what is to be expected from TomorrowWorld.
