Lush & Simon, Uforik – Hydrogen [Doorn Records]

Lush & Simon, Uforik – Hydrogen [Doorn Records]

This new tune is a complete surprise to my ears. The rise of Italian duo Lush & Simon has given these two the chance to produce top-notch music and see it being heard by crowds cheering for more. From a variety of well-known labels, free downloads, and remixes, these two super-talents have an identity synonymous with tremendous musical quality. To further prove this sentiment, they got together with Shanghai’s eighteen year-old producer Uforik and give life to “Hydrogen”; a masterpiece more than anything.

Although this song is released via Doorn Records, it sounds like something you would be expect to hear from an Anjunabeats release. This collaboration is a combination of the delicate grace from the piano melody and the celestial sensation of the immaculate synths. Furthermore, this song leaves listeners like myself satisfied and simultaneously hungry for more of its kind. With “Hydrogen”, these three producers join the high standard of trance-like progressive house songs from artists like Arty, Audien, Maor Levi, and more. Even as I write this article, this song continue to baffle my high expectations of Lush & Simon and sets a high first-impression for the youthful Uforik. In short, if you check this song out, you will not regret it.
