There’s so much going on with “Blunt Force,” we’d rather not try and pin it down to a genre. Between the jovial keyboard and playful snarls, the track’s stepped-up percussion cradles the progressive ambience flawlessly. Some plucky bass adds a dash of funk, and lighthearted synth patches supply the frosting on this glitchy delicatessen. There’s even a side of snare rolls to be found amongst the vibe feast.
