Illenium Reveals The First Track Off His Forthcoming Album

December 2014, I covered Illenium’s remix of Odesza’s “Always This Late” and said “Just f**king release an album already and get it over with, won’t you?”

Now, I’m not saying that I’m responsible for Illenium releasing an album… but I’m not saying I didn’t help, either.

Yesterday, Illenium dropped the first track, called “Only One” featuring Nina Sung, off his forthcoming untitled album. It’s classic Illenium, featuring wildly passionate crescendos and intense builds, twinged with trance and riddled with bass. It’s emotional music for the heavier heads – lord knows we can only express our emotions in mosh pits.

Keep your eyes on this space for more news about Illenium’s debut album.
