Phase II of What The Festival’s lineup was announced this week!
And might I say, it is just as impressive as the original lineup release.
Joining Bonobo, Lettuce, Claude VonStroke, Mr. Carmack, Jai Wolf and others at this year’s interactive music and arts festival will be Lunice, Buku, Jerry Folk and many more just announced.
On top of this stacked lineup, each of the stages possess Funktion-One speaker systems, the highest quality sound-tech out on the market today, solidifying WTF?! as one festival you do not want to miss out on.
Now if you don’t know wtf I’m talking about, What The Fest, also commonly abbreviated to WTF, is an annual three-day festival during the summer solstice.
Attendees are guaranteed to have a full-sensory experience – and they mean it. Although mainly a music festival, it offers live performance art, workshops, silent discos, cinemas and many other immersive environments. Complete with illuminated forests, the largest disco-ball in the northwest, daily pool-parties, hookah lounges, an oasis spa and pretty much anything else you can think of, this festival resembles more of a spa vacation than anything.
A spa vacation with only the dopest music on the best equipment there is, but nonetheless a spa vacation.
Taking place in Oregon at Wolf Run Ranch, a 250-acre spread of land surrounded by a national forest with completely unobstructed views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams, it easily takes the cake as one of the most beautiful settings I’ve seen at a festival.
Don’t let the venue size deter you though; it is repeatedly deemed a Burning Man-esk festival. WTF continues to withhold the energy of an all-inclusive, intimate, yet mature event.
