The Gumball 3000 is an annual British international celebrity motor rally which takes place on public roads. It received a lot of press from the dance music community last year thanks to deadmau5’s regular participation in the event – although he will be absent, and missed greatly this year.
This year, another dance music icon will take to the road: Afrojack.

Both artists are at least partly known for their penchant for fast and luxurious cars, so it’s not a total surprise that Afrojack would be competing this year. But deadmau5 also had some harsh words of criticism.

He’s referring, of course, to the time when Afrojack crashed his new Ferrari 458 Italia mere hours after he drove it off the lot in 2013. The best part is State Farm actually got involved in the conversation.
