Dance-hall inspired dance music has definitely piqued my interest as a trend to follow having picked up in popularity through the past half year or so. The best thing is that though with every new trend of dance music you’re sure to pick up on some great new artists and Frank Walker has put himself in that position with his new single “Run With The Real”.
Featuring DAVS’ sassy and decidedly edgy guest vocals, “Run With The Real” draws from Frank Walker’s Torontonian roots thanks to some snazzy reggae and dancehall influences which should have even hip-hop fans dancing up a storm on the dancefloor. Frank Walker might be known primarily for deep house but this new release definitely shows an impressive amount of versatility I was honestly not expecting.
