Well here’s something mellow as s*** to peep while hungover on a Sunday morning. Producer/vocalist duo Phiilo has scrapped their original idea of a full four-piece band and reverted into an electrifying duo.
Unlike most other songs in the future bass space, there’s definitely a lot more of a melodic and soulful vibe to the song and slower elements despite the upbeat production and stellar instrumentation. The vocals are also top-notch add cement that “future soul” “future funk” feel to the single.
