It’s about time. The Nickelodean Kids Choice Awards have officially joined in on the EDM fun with their first-ever Favorite DJ/EDM Artist award at the upcoming award ceremony.
So far, the five nominees for the upcoming awards are Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris, Major Lazer, Skrillex, DJ Snake, and Zedd. Interestingly enough, The Chainsmokers are also nominated for a KCA, but Nickelodeon has opted to classify them outside of this category and into ‘Favorite Music Group,’ while also granting them a ‘Favorite New Artist’ nomination as well.
The show will air March 11th and will be hosted by none other than former WWE superstar John Cena.
