One of the biggest questions surrounding the Coachella lineup drop this year was, “What is Hans Zimmer’s performance going to be like?” Many people joked that he would hop up on a DJ booth and play tunes from his many movie scores; others supposed that he was going to bring a full orchestra out for the show, but then hedged their bets saying that it would probably be too expensive.
Well, turns out, that second group of people guessed right.
Coachella shared a video of a past Zimmer live performance on their Facebook this morning, throwing away any doubt what attendees might expect of the world-class composer come April.
It’s safe to say that anyone seeing his performance will be blown away.
