The amount of albums released in the latter 6 months of 2017 so greatly eclipses the amount released in the first 6 months that it’s hard to really comprehend. When we created our list of the best albums of the year so far back at the end of June, never did we think that nearly the whole list would be changed by the end of the year.

Another artist has just thrown his hat into the ring with his debut LP: Sam Feldt.

After a rather innocuous question from a fan, asking when new music would be coming, Feldt dropped the bombshell, “Album dropping October 6th.”

The Dutch producer has worked with a wide variety of other artists, such as Akon and Hook N Sling, as well as releasing his own solo originals like “Runaways” and “Open Your Eyes.” He’s also the original producer of the massive viral hit “Show Me Love,” which was remixed by EDX.

Fans can expect the album next month to be filled with plenty of melodic hits, and definitely tracks like “What About The Love.” Keep an eye on this space for more news about the album!
