Calling all Washington DC and surrounding area readers!
Once again, the pop-up night club Voltage, created by actor and DJ Samuel Roukin will emerge this coming Saturday December 2nd, at Flash in Washington, DC. Samuel is best known for playing John Graves Simcoe on the hit series Turn: Washington’s Spies on AMC with other credits under his belt including the Oscar nominated Happy Go Lucky, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and Equity.
This time around, a portion of Voltage’s bar proceeds will benefit recovery efforts in Puerto Rico via the Hispanic Federation.
Voltage is a free pop-up night club that first came on to the scene this past April in Richmond, Virginia. It included causes that benefited local artist collectives and notably Diversity Richmond. This time Roukin will be sharing the stage with The Barber Streisand and Raptorstein to bring much needed aid to Puerto Rico’s post hurricane relief. For more information on Voltage, check out the original article, and be sure to catch this weekend’s show if you’re in Washington, DC.
