Effin Releases Thunderous EP, ‘Descent’ [DEADBEATS]

Rising bass music artist Effin is known for combining explosive sound design with hard-hitting drums to deliver cutting-edge production. After moving to LA and refining his technical skills at the renowned Icon Collective, Effin has continued to churn out high-quality bass music that continues to turn heads.

His latest release is no exception to the greatness we’ve come to expect, as he’s put together a 4 track EP titled ‘Descent’ signed to the prestigious Deadbeats imprint. From start to finish, ‘Descent’ offers a rollercoaster ride of emotion and thrill as Effin flexes his production and sound design capabilities that are truly incredible.

“A while ago I had a conversation about a “descent into madness” playlist that would start with more comfortable EDM tracks and go down a rabbit hole into more obscure tunes, this idea ended up as the inspiration for the EP. The EP starts with a heavier “banger” tune that people have come to expect from Effin, then throughout the track list goes into some more vocal-driven and varied production tunes that have a lot more indie influence. I think there’s a bit of something for everyone in this project and it feels like the perfect combination of a bunch of different styles that I’ve fallen in love with.” – Effin
