Steve Angello certainly has a nose for talent.  The Swedish house icon and label owner has featured artists such as Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Kris Menace, Hard Rock Sofa, and Swanky Tunes on his signature label Size Records.  Now, coming off his massive release “Yeah” that tore up the Beatport charts, Steve Angello has released a new collaboration, “Lights,” guaranteed to shake up the scene.  This time, he is working Third Party, an up-and-coming duo out of London that has quickly made a name for themselves with their authentic progressive sound.  Seeing multiple releases on Size Records, Ultra, and Neon Records, Third Party is one of the hottest rising stars on the scene today.  The track itself does not disappoint.  It has a distinct, rhythmic attitude with emphatic snare hits that guide the groove.  The opening of the song drives along and quickly gives way to a melodic breakdown with massive synth work in place.  Thick chords fill the soundscape while a scorching lead plays over top.  A gigantic drop leads into the verse, where the chords and lead function perfectly in tandem, while a deep bassline and rhythmic snares add to the feel.  They then take us through one more powerful segment before closing out the track.
