A few weeks ago, a preview entitled ‘Space’ from future house phenom Oliver Heldens was passed around the internet and had the young producer’s fans hungry for more. Fortunately, the track has been given an official release date, as well as a new title; now it’s known as ‘Melody’ and you’ll see why with just one listen. A deep house-inspired bass line gives way into gorgeous orchestral string arrangements, which quickly leads to a perfectly pitched piano driven melody reminiscent of old school progressive tunes. This theme is present throughout most of the track and makes for an interesting fusion of old and new.
