In what could be considered one of the strongest marketing moves this year, Avicii’s manager and PRMD label founder, Ash Pournouri, has announced that the agency his artists are a part of, Connected Artists, has added new heartthrob Ruby Rose to their roster for booking. Ruby will still retain her current manager, Pete Sofo.
The actress rose to startling prominence after her debut on Orange Is The New Black, sparking tens of thousands of women to come out as gay … if only just for Ruby. It wasn’t long thereafter that it was revealed that Ruby has a long history, at least four years, of DJing and producing.
As a strong, public figure with both looks and talent, it was only a matter of time before a major agency picked her up. Congrats to Ash and Ruby.
