Rock and EDM have always been somewhat parallel to each other, often twisting together for a brief moment, so this remix is totally kosher. The hard electro vibe, electric guitar riffs, and almost Knife Party-esque synths in the drop are a call back to a less restrained time, even just a couple years ago.
