If you’ve been into music at all in the past eight years, you’ve heard an MGMT song. While their first album is undoubtedly still their most impressive to date, follow ups Congratulations and the self-titled MGMT have given us a lot of material to mull over.
It’s now been two years since their last album, and, according to Consequence of Sound, they haven’t played a US show in all of 2015. A tweet, however, gives us hope.

So there you have it. Tour, album, music? Who knows. But next year is going to be pretty amazing, considering we already have LCD Soundsystem and Gorillaz pledging their returns, as well.
