Trivecta – Into the Limelight (feat. Danyka Nadeau) [Monstercat]

By now, we’ve come to see progressive house releases on Monstercat as a treat. When that release is from Trivecta, it’s even more of a rarity. Being primarily a dubstep producer since his debut single “One Night Only,” Trivecta has only experimented with progressive house in one release; his late 2015 single “Drift Away,” which was a mixture of deep, progressive and trance styles.

On the other hand, “Into the Limelight” is full-on progressive, making for an extremely refreshing release. With its gorgeous melody and uplifting tone, you can’t really go wrong with this one. Cleanly mixed and perfectly danceable, this is arguably one of Monstercat’s best recent house releases and already one of my personal favorites from Trivecta.

While he has worked with an array of vocalists (most notably Roniit and Charlotte Haining), Trivecta has brought along the beautiful and talented Danyka Nadeau for “Into the Limelight,” which is her 19th Monstercat release. It goes without saying, but Danyka’s vocals flow perfectly with the song’s overall feel and euphoric nature. A new dynamic vocalist/producer duo? I think so!
