Yes!, yes!, yes! exclaimed Grammy winning producer Zedd to possible collaborations with a wide variety of musicians this past Monday. We’re not sure what prompted this deluge of collaboration requests, but Zedd gave the yes to everyone from Imagine Dragons to Taylor Swift, Adele, Radiohead, Eminem, Nicki Minaj, The 1975 and even to the internet’s favorite Twitter troll Deadmau5.
Zedd is known for multiple hits that have ushered in a new era of dance pop, from working on his latest single “True Colors” with Kesha to the M&M inspired hit “Candyman” with Aloe Blacc. Whether it be producing a track for Justin Bieber, “Beauty And A Beat,” or working together on “I Want You To Know” with Selena Gomez, Zedd is always bound to make our day better with his Billboard charting collaborations. What caught my eye was Zedd’s willingness to collaborate even with EDM veteran Deadmau5 who has publicly shamed Zedd on Twitter before.
