Young Bombs has absolutely been on a tear through 2016 so far pumping out remix after remix while still maintaining the quality that we’ve come to expect from the Vancouver-based duo. This time around they connect with Toronto’s Kiki Rowe with a brand new official remix tapping into that Canadian connection.
I’ve heard quite a lot of different house music influences and sounds within previous Young Bombs’ remixes, but the bright tropical and dancehall elements signal a new style I’ve yet to hear from them in the past. Either way, seeing as the track features an R&B vocalist the result is a surprisingly robust rendition perfect for what remains of our summer festival season as we slog on through the dog days of August.
