I can honest-to-god say that I did not see this coming in any way, shape, or form, but DJ Snake has somehow knocked off The Chainsmokers to claim the #1 spot on the worldwide iTunes chart.
“Let Me Love You” with Justin Bieber has really been making progress up the various charts over the last two weeks, jumping six positions into the sixth spot on the Billboard Hot 100, but knocking “Closer” off the top of the iTunes charts might just be more impressive.
Congratulations to DJ Snake and Justin Bieber on a job well done and there’s a good chance we may even see them crack the top 5 on the Hot 100 next week.
