You ever hear or see something and think to yourself, “Why hasn’t this been done before?”
Well, that was pretty much my reaction after hearing Sullivan King’s live metal cover of the classic “Bass Cannon” by Flux Pavilion. While the original relies heavily on a sustained bass note and classic kick/snare dubstep drums, Sullivan King’s interpretation proves that the potential of the track far exceeds what was originally intended. Between the screaming electric guitar and pounding, live drums, Sullivan King proves once again, beyond a shadow of a doubt, why he’s our favor metal head in EDM.
