Skrillex was recently imitated on Saturday Night Live in a skit featuring a Family Feud style contest with American musicians versus International musicians. Alongside the likes of Drake, Shakira, Adele, Justin Timberlake, and more; electronic music is surely planting a foot in the mainstream. Though only lightly featured, this can be considered an important step for the EDM scene in America as even SNL recognizes the sheer popularity of our little shin-dig.
