Everydayz & Phazz Release EP For ‘Almeria’ [Nowadays Records]

French producers Everydayz and Phazz made waves last year when they first released “Almeria” to huge critical acclaim. Now, one year later they’re back with ‘Almeria 2.0’ which features a shiny new remix EP to boot.

The EP kicks off with the original single “Almeria” before we make our way through two quality remixes by 20syl and Gaël Rakotondrabe while Krystle Warren gives us some emotional depth with a new vocal over the previously instrumental track. One thing I really like about this ‘remix EP’ is just how creative they decided to get with it. Thought there’s only one actual ‘remix’, a piano interpretation and a lyrical version really do add another dimension to the track that definitely wasn’t there before.
