Porter Robinson was undoubtedly one of dance music’s heroes of 2016 coming off of a huge single that spawned a collaborative tour with Madeon that only just ended Saturday. And while a large majority of dance music fans will probably agree that “Shelter” is one of the top singles of the year, Porter Robinson wasn’t quite so cheeky naming 10 other songs that came out this year that really drew his ear in an interview with Triple J.
Starting off with Chance The Rapper whom Porter gave a special shoutout to naming Coloring Book his ‘favorite record of the year’, Porter names 9 other tunes ranging from dance to R&B to pop and more. Check out his list and stream them all below.
