Just released this week is ‘Fall With You’, the latest piece of work to come from Mt Eden, who take bass music to the next level with their astounding material. Their new project for Ultra Music is a collaborative affair, merging their style with that of Albi & The Wolves, an indie/folk band from Auckland.
‘Fall With You’ sweeps into motion from the get-go, a strong blend of expression and rhythmical emphasis. Haunting vocals are provided by Albi front-man Chris Dent, and they provide a focal point; atop dwindling banjo and enigmatic piano strains – with a lilting urgency.
