‘ADE in Conversation’ Series Features NFT Discussion from Richie Hawtin & 3LAU

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is reuniting its community online in 2021 with a series of interactive live discussions led by Richie Hawtin, 3LAU and more.

The new series ADE in Conversation kicks off on Thursday, April 15th with an hour-long livestream session featuring artists, industry experts and top executives. As part of the Road to ADE, these online discussions come in positive and constructive spirit, completely free of charge.

The inaugural ADE in Conversation livestream focuses on two topics, the first of which is “The path to reopening our scene.” Organizers including Fieldlab Events, Creative Artists Agency and Swallow Events will share their experiences of recent events, rapid testing, and more as we move into a post-COVID world.

Next up is “New opportunities for artists: NFTs” in which Richie Hawtin and 3LAU will offer a deep dive on NFTs. They’ll speak about the value of NFTs for artists, potential implications on music ownership, and whether or not NFTs have staying power.

3LAU recently made history the world’s first tokenized album. A collection of the producer’s limited edition Ultraviolet NFTs sold online for $3,666,666, with sales for 33 unique digital items totaling $11,684,101.
